A wonderful day all round. A lovely ceremony and Ron read a poem which was appreciated by everyone. Followed by the 'Wedding Breakfast', speeches and toasts. The weather cleared for the photos in the well kept gardens of the hall and a disco band in the evening completed the day.

12th/13th/14th May - Larnaca Hash Away weekend

So, Hash Away Weekend arrranged byt the two of us at the Elyssia Hotel in Pedoulas. As usual here, we were made very welcome by Michaelis and all the family and staff who run the hotel. Our favourite room in the hotel with views of the village through to the beautiful church. A very good buffet evening meal followed by entertainment from the very talented and lovely Carly.

Saturday morning saw us all depart for Prodromos Reservoir where we started the Hash from. A little bit of a killer but maybe more so because of the frivolities the previous night.  Saturday lunch back at the hotel and then free time till the evening. A bit of fun and games and a some of Karaoke. Thanks Paul for the games but maybe not the jokes and Bhing for providing the "Hoover". A few "hangers on" managed a bit more Karaoke including yours truly (Ron) singing Yellow Submarine.

Sunday brought about our famous "Recovery" walk through the village. It really is a nice village to see the backstreets etc. All followed by drinks at the Mountain Rose Hotel in the village.
