Old Photos - Alaska holiday

These photos were taken on holiday in Alaska in August 1985.

This trip was basically an overland journey starting from Vancouver, through BC, Yukon to Alaska and back to Seattle. We took a ferry cruise up the Inside Passage from Prince Rupert to Haines and then drove to Snag Junction where we crossed into Alaska. Drove down to Anchorage where we did a whitewater rafting trip at Chugach. To Denali, then back through Fairbanks (and North Pole) to Tok and north to the Yukon border, gold panning on the way and to Dawson City and Whitehorse. Then down through the Rockies to Jasper and Banff and Lake Louise back to Seattle.
