1st January - Kalavassos After breakfast we all (except Ron) set off on one of Jenny's hikes. Nice and warm weather and we did 10 km. Back to ours for food and drinks joined by Mags and Steve. Lovely way to start the year.

12th January - AHHH Julie was picked up by Yve and Tony to go on the Amathus hash at Paramali and Yannis Restaurant for supper afterwards.

16th January - PH3 - Kiti Dam Us haring at Kiti Dam. A long time since we had been here and a good turnout. Some of us then went down to Tamala's in Kiti for dinner.

10th March - LH3 2000th Run This started in the carpark of the Doner Box in Pyla. Good turnout and run. Circle RA'd by Moron followed by dinner inside the restaurant.

15th/16th March - St Patrick's Hash - Platres This was organised by Paul Legg and Sean as an add on to the Akamas Hash. We stayed at the Forest Park Hotel in Platres on the Saturday night. The run was held through the village and surrounding countryside. A rather long circle afterwards and then after a rest, a glass of fizz with Yve and Tony, a buffet dinner with entertainment from the hashers. After breakfast on the Sunday morning, we all went up to Troodos Square and did a recovery hash. Short circle afterwards.

16th April - Ray Saddington's funeral This was held at St. John's Church in Derynia. Unfortunately the hearse broke down in Limassol so didn't arrive in time for the service. Eventually a van turned up with the coffin but couldn't get it out so we had to say farewell with him in the back of the van! Back to FC2000 for snacks and drinks.

20th April - PH3 - Easter Hash - Dipotamos Dam Annual Easter Sunday run and picnic. Very hot and sunny but enjoyable. Tough run and walk.

24th April - PH3 - Buffs This hash started from the Buffs Lodge set by Ray and Bhing followed by a BBQ afterwards. Everyone ended up inside as it started to rain!

9th/10th/11th May - LH3 Away Weekend - Dipkarpaz Friday 9th This was held at the Oasis Hotel at Agios Phillion about 5km from the main village. Some stayed in the cabins by the water while others were in the newly refurbished hotel up in the village. Afternoon chatting and having a few beers followed by dinner and James Smile as DJ.

Saturday 10th After breakfast we gathered for the run/walk. There were only 4 runners (though Julie only did a bit of it), about 10 long walkers and the rest took a shorter route. Very hot and the drinks stop was most welcome. The circle afterwards was a cramped affair as everyone was trying to find some shade. Ray (Zebedee) did a good job as RA. In the evening everyone turned out in fancy dress, the theme: heroes and villains.

Sunday 11th After breakfast we were expecting a recovery walk but as the hares could not agree on a route, so we just ended up walking across to the restaurant nearby for a drink.
